The perfect variety for growing as pea shoots. Can be sown all year round, but we prefer to grow these during the winter months when there is little else from the garden.

Available as a standard pack of approximately 120 seeds or a 1kg bulk pack.

Indoor Cultivation (Windowsill)

Soak the seeds in water for a few hours, then fill a seed tray (handily, we sell these here) with compost and sow the seeds leaving a gap of a centimeter between seeds. Place the tray on a windowsill and keep the compost moist. The seeds will germinate in 3-7 days and the shoots should be ready to harvest in around 2-3 weeks, depending on the time of year – harvest when about as long as your index finger.
