New Zealand Spinach Seeds *New for 2026*

Tetragoina tetragonoides

Sow: April to June
Harvest: July to October
Height/Spread: 30cm x 60cm

Not a true Spinach, but just as tasty; Reminds me a little of Sea Beet too! Best sown later in Spring as not hardy.

Sowing instructions: 

Soak seeds overnight or for a minimum of 12 hours before sowing. Can be started off unde cover in mid-Spring or sown directly when risk of frost has passed.
